Ntc241 - The United States Constitution is there to protect civilians against their rights. As a democracy, the United States is governed by laws enacted by public officials. The legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government work together as a system of checks and balances.
Ntc 241 - A single branch of government is not free to act on its own accord; oversight from the other two branches is required. The legislative branch, at both state and federal levels is responsible for enacting laws. The executive branch controls law enforcement agency practices. Upon enactment, the executive branch is responsible for enforcing laws. The judicial branch acts as a median between the legislative and executive branches. This branch is responsible for applying and determining the validity of laws in comparison to the principles established in the United States Constitution and other legal documentation prior to any court decisions (Courts in Our Criminal Justice System, 2003).
Cja224 - The Constitutional law provides the necessary means for creating laws. Before a law is created information is needed from the public stating what demands are wanted to deter the crimes from happening. Once these demands are gathered they are then passed on to congress to enable them to create the law in order to solve these certain crimes. Before a law is passed it must sent through the three branches of the government. The law will not be passed until it has been approved by all three branches. Laws are rules which should be enforced by every person. A law consists of various things such as politics, economics, and society.
Cja 224 - Like in the past laws are composed based on the needs within our society and keep some type of system within our nation. Many years ago we did not have court systems that followed specific protocols.
